Our professional responsibility is to reduce the risk of infection to others as far as possible. The Trust will provide advice, guidance and support on vaccinations and access to vaccinations where requested.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time (15 hours per week, 0.4 WTE) administrator with excellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills to provide administrative support to the Community Services Managers.
To provide a comprehensive administration support to a team. There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational and secretarial skills.
The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.
The post-holder will support Community Service Managers and Senior Clinical Managers Managers by ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users.
The Business Administrator role is dynamic, challenging and highly rewarding. You will therefore be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with experience of working in a team providing administrative support in an office environment. The role involves communication, so we expect that you have excellent verbal and written skills.
This role requires a high standard of skills using Microsoft Office packages and experience of using bespoke IT systems along with excellent organisational skills, the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
You will often work under pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone confident and capable.
