Career Development Conversations

We are pleased to be able to offer some Career Development sessions via Microsoft Teams for people interested in developing their career within the organisation or looking to join one of our many Career Development Pathways.

We have sessions featuring both clinical and non-clinical qualifications. There will also be time for questions about your specific areas of interest.

Once registered you will be sent the MS Teams link for the session you have booked.
We may also be able to support with a 1-1 careers conversation or arrange for you to have a professional discussion with a staff member to find out more about the career you are interested in pursuing.

Success with NHS Application forms

Do you need some help completing an NHS application form?

The 'Success with NHS Application Forms' workshop delivered via MS Teams is suitable for both internal staff and external parties looking to apply for a job within the NHS.

By the end of the session you will:

Have an understanding of why you need to complete an NHS application form
Have familiarised yourself with what needs to go in each section
Gained insight into how you can complete the ‘Supporting Information’ box to maximise your chances of being shortlisted
Learnt some additional top tips to help you submit a successful application
Participated in a Q&A session to ask any questions you may have
Have an opportunity to complete a draft NHS application form and get some feedback?

Success with NHS interviews

Need some inspiration and help in maximising your success at an NHS interview? If so, this short presentation/workshop delivered via MS Teams may be for you?
You will get you some top tips in how to prepare for an interview and how to confidently answer competence and values based interview questions.
