You’ll be fully supported to study whilst you work to gain the relevant qualification to move you along the pathway to becoming a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner, if you chose to continue to follow the pathway it can lead you to becoming a qualified Band 5 Staff Nurse.

On the ward you’ll be a named point of contact and spend the majority of your time with patients with the full back up of your team.
