Clinical Team Manager
Our professional responsibility is to reduce the risk of infection to others as far as possible. Getting vaccinated against diseases that can be passed person-to-person in healthcare settings is part of this responsibility. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated Band 7 Clinical Team Manager to work within the East and Mid Home Treatment Team based at Wonford House Hospital, Exeter.
£43,742 - £50,056 per annum pro rota.
Main duties of the job
The primary roles and purpose of the team is to provide home treatment, avoiding hospital admission where possible and if admission is indicated, we work with clients throughout this time and endeavour to facilitate early discharge.
