Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join two teams in the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway in Devon.

Outside the Box is an intervention service supporting those stuck in the system (eg reluctant to engage, multiple releases and recalls, repeated substance use). We offer individual and group interventions with a focus on the relational. This includes development of a shared formulation, pro-social groups (eg gardening, bee-keeping), psycho-educational groups (eg healthy self-esteem), skills groups (DBT skills) and more therapeutic groups (MBT).

Support to Succeed is a community-based service supporting probation practitioners through consultation, formulation and joint working and offering psychologically-informed intervention and risk management for those leaving prison who are anticipated to find the transition challenging. The service covers Devon with the exception of Plymouth. Staff are based across Devon probation offices, DPT sites, community centre and working from home.

The role is dynamic and challenging with lots of space given to supervision, reflective practice and opportunities for training in acknowledgement of how challenging this work can be.
