We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join the Safe Staffing and Bed Capacity team based at Wonford House in Exeter.
We are looking for Clinical Team Leader who is passionate about caring and committed in delivering the highest quality of care, who can demonstrate commitment, innovation, and a positive attitude, with the ability to engage service users and carers in all aspects of their care. To thrive in this role, you need to be resilient, motivated, and committed to adapt to working in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate how they plan to carry out the role and also their commitment to team working.
