Join Us as Clinical Lead (0.43wte) of our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Line Commissioning within the South West Provider Collaborative
As the Clinical Lead, you will lead our collaborative workstream, with clinicians from all our providers, to review and develop innovative clinical models and pathways tailored to the unique needs of our population. Your role will be crucial in shaping our services so we can meet the needs of our patients now and in the future, linking in with national forums and colleagues across the country. This role demands a forward-thinking approach, where you will work closely with clinical teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
We can offer a flexible base, but our team is based at Langdon Hospital in Devon. We have a regional footprint and this role may include travel across the South West with the flexibility to work via Microsoft Teams. You will be at the forefront of developing strategic initiatives, overseeing clinical excellence, and fostering collaborative relationships with a variety of professionals and organisations.
If you are an experienced CAMHS clinician with a proven track record in leading clinical redesign, developing quality frameworks, and driving service improvements, this is your chance to make a substantial impact. Join us in delivering exceptional care and advancing mental health services across the South West.
Interviews are scheduled to take place on 2nd June 2025
