Careers with Devon Partnership NHS Trust

Join our Adult Mental Health Directorate at Devon Partnership NHS Trust and you’ll be joining an organisation that is passionate about mental health and learning disability. One that cares about the people it supports – and one that also cares about its staff.

Many of our vacancies are open to all professions, registered nurse (adult, mental health, learning disability), occupational therapists and social workers.

Our Adult Mental Health Directorate provides a clear pathway for people whether they are accessing our First Response Service, assessment, community or home treatment teams or our inpatient services.

You’ll be part of a team that is compassionate and supportive, and genuinely committed to working together with the people who use our services, their families and carers in everything that we say and do.

Working here

We have exciting opportunities available for qualified professionals in our adult community mental health teams and in our urgent and inpatient care services, across beautiful Devon.

You will be well supported with dedicated supervision and encouraged to develop your clinical competencies within a stimulating learning environment.

Whether you are a newly qualified professional who wants to develop your clinical competencies in an exciting environment or an experienced health professional who is looking for a new challenge, we welcome your application, including those recently retired or thinking about returning to practice.
