If you are looking to pursue training, we offer a variety of options in collaboration with local colleges and universities in the South West including apprenticeships, post-graduate certificates, professional doctorates, recruit to train and return to practice placements.

We have opportunities for psychological professionals to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams or as part of specialist psychological services. As well as a large and high-performing NHS Talking Therapies service (TALKWORKS), we have dedicated roles within teams for children and young people (Children and Family Health Devon), adult and older adult mental health, learning disability, forensic, perinatal, personality disorders, neurodiversity, gender identity, eating disorders, drugs and alcohol support, and health and neuropsychology.

 

Clinical settings include inpatient, community, crisis and outreach services and recovery and rehabilitation teams. We offer roles at all levels from assistant psychologist, newly qualified and practitioner roles, to higher clinical and management roles. In addition, psychological professionals contribute to non-clinical teams such as training, education, research and other vital areas that shape the experience of working with us.

Clinical Psychologist Jobs

We have opportunities for psychological professionals to work as integrated and well-respected members of multi-disciplinary teams or as part of dedicated professionally-led specialist psychological services.  As well as a large and highly performing IAPT service (TALKWORKS), we have dedicated roles within adult and older adult mental health, learning disability, children and young people, forensic, perinatal, early intervention, personality disorders, neuro-diversity, gender identity, eating disorders and health and neuro-psychology specialisms.  

There is also the opportunity to work clinically in a range of settings from community and clinic bases to inpatient, urgent and crisis services and recovery and rehabilitation teams.  We offer clinical roles at all levels from assistant, newly qualified and practitioner roles, to professional lead, consultant and clinical director roles.  In addition, psychological professionals contribute to training, practice education, management, research and other vital roles that shape the experience of working with us.
